If your beta progression is wiped at public launch and we have not landed the order, the work is refunded under our money-back guarantee. We do not start a beta order that cannot survive the public launch window without explicit written acknowledgment.

Can you target a specific hero or role?

Yes. Hero-specific orders are quoted per game count or per mastery target. You name the hero and role at checkout and the booster plays only that combination until the deliverable hits.

How does payment and handoff work?
