Is Where Winds Meet boosting safe on my account?
Yes. We use region-matched VPNs, one booster per order, no emulators or auto-clickers. NetEase runs standard MMO anti-cheat and we don't poke it — clean play only.

How long does Imperial Palace expansion completion take?
Full expansion clear including new map, weapon mastery, and bosses is typically 15 to 30 hours of focused play from a current-realm character. We'll quote based on your starting state and the goals you specify.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If we can't start on time, or if an expansion event window closes before we finish, you get a refund on the unfinished portion. The policy is firm and we don't make you fight for it.
